If your device stays on the LOGO page at startup and cannot enter the desktop, you can try this method to fix it. Please contact the seller to download the correct firmware version when repairing.
Step 1:
Download the correct firmware version, unzip and copy all the files in the folder to the root directory of the USB flash drive. Connects to the back of the device via a USB adapter.
Step 2:
Short the black negative wire and the "key" wire on the power plug.
Step 3:
Plug in the power plug, start the player, and the device will automatically enter the update process.
